  We picked Aloha Kai again this year for a short vacation. Fantastic value considering the private beach area, great accommodations and location. We rented # 42 again (nice unit), well kept, new furnishings (nice pull out couch if needed) and a super short walk to the water. Being that close to the water meant it wasn't an issue dragging the swimming stuff to the beach and back.
  We all agreed this is an absolute perfect spot for an affordable vacation. Pure white powder sand (in your toes), long walks on the beach and unbelievable sunsets. Aloha Kai has the largest fresh water swimming pool (nice at the end of the day). Also it was nice to park the car right outside the unit. I have stayed at several other properties on the Key but this has the best overall location and benefits. We will be going back next year. We would recommend Aloha Kai to all of our friends and family.
